Customer Reviews
Good value for quality
I was looking for some unique placemats and found Macondo Forever. I signed up for their newsletter and got a 10% off code, which was great. I bought the circular placemats. The quality feels really nice for the price I paid, especially for something handcrafted. I felt like I got a good deal.
Absolutely stunning pieces!
Oh my goodness, I am so in love with my new bird shaped napkin rings! They are even more beautiful in person than on the website. The craftsmanship is just incredible, you can really tell they are handmade with care. My dining table looks so elegant now. I'm already planning my next purchase, probably some of the decorative woven baskets. Macondo Forever, you've gained a loyal customer! I'm telling all my friends about this amazing brand.
Nice quality, good service
I ordered a set of rectangular placemats and matching floral napkin rings. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. Shipping took about 8 days to get to my house in California, which felt reasonable for handcrafted items. Everything was packaged very carefully, no damage at all. The quality of the Iraca palm is excellent, very sturdy and well-made. I had a question about cleaning, so I used their contact form and got a helpful response within 24 hours. The placemats really elevated my dining area. I appreciate the ethical aspect of the brand too.
Quick shipping, pretty items
Ordered two sets of fringed placemats. They arrived in 6 days. Items are pretty. No issues.
Lovely products, slow shipping
I purchased a set of their neutral table settings, including the woven coasters and a fruit bowl. The items themselves are truly beautiful and feel very high quality, definitely adding a touch of luxury to my home. They look exactly as pictured on the site. My only minor issue was the shipping; it took closer to two weeks for the package to arrive, which felt a bit long. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, but it would be good to have clearer shipping estimates upfront. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase but wish delivery was quicker.

Share tips, ask questions & help fellow shoppers save more
Is Macondo Forever legit? The prices are pretty high for placemats, want to make sure I'm not getting ripped off.
thinking of getting the wavy placemats. how do these compare to something like The Avenue or Matilda Goad? quality-wise.
Are these placemats hard to clean? I'm worried about spills with the Iraca palm.
How long does shipping take to like, California? I want to order some things for an event next month.
Does anyone know if you can use more than one discount code? I have a new customer one and I think I saw something for free shipping too.
